BNWT Trading Strategy And Checklist
1. Multi-Timeframe Trend Confirmation
Verify market direction utilizing the Top-Down Trend Analysis. Avoid trading counter-trend on smaller timeframes (e.g., 1m/5m) unless there is a clear High-Timeframe (1H/1D) mitigation pattern taking place.
2. Identify Liquidity Sweeps (BSL/SSL)
Institutional movements target retail stop losses. Wait for a **clear wick sweep** above a critical Swing High (Buy-Side Liquidity/BSL) or below a critical Swing Low (Sell-Side Liquidity/SSL). Do not jump in before the wick closes back within structure.
3. Lower-Timeframe Structural Shift (MSS/CHoCH)
Following a liquidity sweep, analyze the entry timeframe (typically 1m to 5m) for a Change of Character (CHoCH) or a displacement-backed Break of Structure (BOS) to confirm market bias inversion.
4. POI Refinement: Order Blocks & FVG
Locate unmitigated **Order Blocks (OB)** or **Fair Value Gaps (FVG)** created by the shift. Only set orders at the 50% Equilibrium level of the OB (the mean threshold) or at the dynamic FVG boundary.
5. Equilibrium Filter (Premium vs. Discount)
Never take buy entries in Premium pricing zones, and never take sell entries in Discount pricing zones. Ensure setups are located strictly within extreme discount/premium structures for high-probability mitigation.
